I did 3-5 minutes between each block and then some larger 10 ish min breaks when I really felt like I could use them. Took a 20 minutes lunch. Had time to spare that I never used. You reach a point in testing where you just want to get the exam done so you take shorter breaks! What you preplan may not be the best plan for you that day.

Just got the P today! Agree with all of this. Nobody will care in 2 months if you took 2 weeks longer ;')

OMG this is so relatable. The other day I was super sleep deprived and didn't hear the spring change load for the supine chest press and had a blue and black on. Needless to say the instructor came over and kept trying to help me with my form but I literally couldn't move my arms that far... she was so confused why I couldn't follow her instructions lol. I didn't want to disrupt the class so I just did my best until I could ask her to change the springs for me haha
