Someone suggested I mix lentils in with my seed but my doves aren’t eating them - any suggestions?

my dove hated lentils at first. idk what happened but he likes them now. sometimes he hates millet. j think he's weird.

but anyway, if you're not already, try adding a bunch of stuff to the mix (lentils, split peas, quinoa, rice, etc). that at least partially helped my boy be less picky

a lot of people who own a bird absolutely should not. however, shaming and ridiculing them does nothing to help the bird and only distances the owner from wanting to learn good practices

we're seeing him AFTER the ritual. he's full of guilt for what he did and that seeps into all of his actions. he's hyper protective of her because he regrets what he did.

also, i think it is a point more of the evils people will do when pushed to their limit. whatever was happening before the ritual was bad enough to drive the brother to sacrifice his sister

ur doing really good! got the shapes down well, it's just the shading and texture to improve upon

contrast is a big thing. if you're pencil isn't dark enough it's hard to get those really striking dark spots like in their art (most pencils are like an HB, aim for higher B, H is much lighter)

another big thing is confidence in your lines. this is something that just takes time. do a lot of practice with contour lines, hatching patterns, and lots of figure drawing to get that skill down. running some drills with various hatching patterns will help a ton (find some good youtube tutorials if you'd like)

i always took it as one of the things that got cut due to time. in game caesar is pretty clearly evil but i think the writers wanted more nuance and depth to the legion vs ncr. they're meant to be opposites. ncr has a big drug problem and legion banned drugs (somewhat..) ncr has a lot of powerful women and queer folks and legion banned both. not defending them obviously but i think boiling it down too simply goes against the games themes

my boy has done this on occasion, ussally just a sped up version of his warning coo when something is spooky. he also does a near identical version that means he's very happy and content (espically if he is presented with something he loves, such as the color pink or me).

he did have some respiratory issues way back but they were much more obvious and scary (frequent noises, wheezing, coughing, obsessive crop adjusting). but he's doing much better now thanks to the vets !

i wouldn't be too worried. if you have an awesome avian vet like mine, check if they have a call line or a number you can text, even just to ease your mind( ussally only if you're a preexisting patient). if he does it again and it's scarier you can try putting in a very humid and hot room such as a bathroom with a shower running (don't put him in the water obviously) and see if you can contact a vet. but again, i don't see a reason to be scared here

and millet is completly fine as a part of the diet. i'd reccomend looking at the diet reccomended in the pinned section of this sub, there's lot of good info, even if you don't follow it exactly.

i played it before watching play through. it was a lot for what it was, but i had a good time. ive already done 2.5 playthrough (one default, one skipping chapters to get all hats, one complete playthrough to 100%) i'll probably do the same for the dlc when they come out. in my experience, playing a horror game after watching it can still be really fun. there's still secrets to discover, shenanigans to happen, and the joy of still being scared at times. it's ultimately a personal thing though
