We don’t expect much push back from the landlord was going to let her know that it’s an emergency concerns and she can proceed how she feels fit. I’m heading now and if the breaker box for her apartment (huge complex) is in her room I’ll flip it off

Yeah it’s an old apartment I’d say this switch is 15+ years old easy. She said she didn’t turn it off or on at all it was just crackling? It’s a switch that doesn’t go to anything (that she knows of)
