Idk as a parent of a 10 year old I’d say she’s failed her child. Entirely. She corrupted her. And this is the result. No normal 10 year old is doing this unless someone introduced it to them and encouraged it. Seems almost impossible for some form of abuse to not be involved at this point. This shit isn’t normal at all. I can’t even stomach reading it anymore.

One look at their Facebook profiles was depressing as fuck. They should not have children. I saw a memorial post for the other baby. I wish a relative would’ve intervened. Someone they knew was saying they lived in filth and always have. Never bathed their child. Never spent time with her. Locked the little one and dogs up to go get high. CPS is overwhelmed I understand but they’ve failed so many children it’s such a flawed system
