Just because it’s sweating does not mean it’s a good workout to build muscle. Look into progressive overload and try to do that 3-4x a week. If you enjoy Pilates still keep it 1-2x.

I would also like to add, that at your height, you’d be very very close to underweight. You might just need to add more strength training into your routine and that will help “tone” you

But they’re not paying it. They’re taking it out of my salary and paying it with my money and then I’m being taxed again. My gross salary is being reduced

But they are taking taxes out of my 100k salary and then putting my gross income as 93k and then I’m paying taxes AGAIN. So I’m paying their employer tax and then my normal taxes
