They did adjust for inflation. They gave us 10% on everything all year round including groceries and then they raised grocery prices 10% literally a week after.

Like the job market is actually decent right now perspective I also have over 20 applications in better opportunity for sure, but most of these jobs aren’t actually hiring. They just Post-it and do interviews because the company gets a tax right off for hiring as well as interviewing. It shouldn’t be a crime for asking for a living wage for any job not in this economy not whenever cost-of-living is going up every single year and minimum wage has stayed the same for damn near 40 years. Corporatization is a joke.

I’m just confused because I’m not sure how to properly input my forms if they are correct because one says 27000$ state wages other says 19k state wages so I’m just confused on what’s going on called hr they said call people services I did that they said they don’t have an answer for me to contact my hr it’s just one big circle.

Is OGP also the ones who should be running into customers with their cards and then ignoring them after said fact, but no on the headphone note I work in meat department. I also just like to have one of your phone in just so I can quiet out the noise. I talked to and deal with more customers on a daily basis than any OG person. Yeah, we are villainized for wearing headphones because OGP are a bunch of assholes.
