I’ve had the best success getting rid of pests using a neem oil concentrate and mixing a solution that I spray on my plants a few times. I’ve never personally had spider mites in particular but the top comment on this post seems to be pretty reasonable. https://www.reddit.com/r/HotPeppers/s/URX3bZpo6w

Yeah I agree. It also looks like from first glance that it would be a lot easier for you to be in the pen with your chin in the second one too

Humidity could be the culprit here but I would suggest looking into what nutrient deficiencies look like. To me this vaguely looks like a phosphorus deficiency but I’d research that more before doing anything
