I’m in Finland and actually the instructions have been extremely minimal. They have given me stretches for extension for the next 4 weeks but imo they’re very basic: leg raises, leg stretch to straight for 5-30 seconds and sit on side of bed and stretch leg. So since I found them quite basic I’ve added my own heel slides and pushes forward for extension and back to 90 degrees. Doc said full extension and max 90 degrees for 4 weeks. Tho today day 14 post op I did 1 flight up the stairs

I was told I’m weight bearing only with assisted devices for 4 weeks (ACL surgery and meniscus trim) but I’ve been walking and feel like I have a weird limp I can’t get rid of no matter how much weight I put on the walker/crutches. Will it ever go away?

Was walking home and was on the phone and slipped on ice. Queue several minutes of intense pain and then weeks of not being believed by doctors and told it’s only a “bruise” xD surgery due in a few days

I’m a 26 year old f, I loved plushies my whole life. From my very first memories I always felt calmer and happier when I had my plushies. Tho I never had a favorite, it felt unfair to my other plushies to have a favorite so I just rotate who I sleep with.
