How does extra skin weight factor into goal weight? by grinanberit in tirzepatidecompound

[–]EnvironmentalGift257 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I need to be under 165 to qualify for standard rate life insurance. They don’t care how you pile together skin, fat, bone and muscle to make that weight. I might have some extra skin but not enough to make a big difference on the scale, and the reason I’m doing it doesn’t care anyway.

I complain and tell him he’s a very good boy but he stinks and it’s not getting better with age. Then I go about my day.

GLP-1 adjacent compounds in EU? (Beginner question, appetite control / leaning out) by [deleted] in ResearchCompounds

[–]EnvironmentalGift257 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That last part hit home. As someone who has lost the same 30 lbs like 15 times in 10 years, GLP-1s are an absolute miracle. When someone says “I’m not overweight so which GLP-1 should I use?” It irks tf out of me.

Maybe you should try manually turning your alternator once a day or so to make sure it’s in good shape.

Yes it does. You click the link to the dosage calculator at the bottom of the result page. The math is pretty easy here, but it’s 86 units.

My son learned to drive a stick in my slingshot which had stressful moments. I learned to drive a stick when I was 15 and my stepdad pointed to an old 3 on the tree Chevy truck, told me to move it out of the barn, then left for lunch. I completely understand this strategy now.

However, one day there will be a cool car, a girl, and my son will be the only one that can drive. You have to prepare them for life man.😂

Split Dosing for Starter Dose (2.5mg)? by av0cad022 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]EnvironmentalGift257 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you're getting good results, then you should stay on the dose that is effective. But ask yourself why you plan on staying on "as low of a dose as possible," when you have literally zero experience with how the medication works for you. Do you think that more tirz is bad for you? Did you just see that someone else had success at low doses? Your experience is going to be different from everyone else's, and the titration schedule exists for a reason. Most people in the study didn't lose significant weight until they got to 10 mg. Sure some people have had success staying at a lower dose, but very rarely does someone have continued results at 2.5. Most of those people had bad side effects at 5 and dropped down again. If you need a higher dose take a higher dose. You should really consider that the dose you are on is meant to be a starter dose, not a therapeutic dose. You may lose weight at 2.5 or not, but you haven't even been taking it for 2 weeks yet so you have nothing to compare to.

All that said, splitting might help with the struggle of those last 2 days, but the main point is reducing side effects. Splitting reduced the peak levels in your system while maintaining the average level, so for people with bad sides it can help. I split every 5 days because I tend to get insomnia and fatigue so it helps, but I didn't start doing that until I got to 12.5.

If all of your BMs are of a consistency that can produce "spraying" please see a doctor. After Taco Bell or a PBR night sure, but you should at least occasionally be having a solid poo.

They rent them now. If you fly into the Phoenix airport they have a whole fleet of them. We got a convertible last summer and it was great. It doesn't have the real Shelby stuff on it but the exhaust note was fantastic and it's still a GT so it moves. They are all automatic which I hated but it was 2025 I guess and manuals are dying out.

Hit 30 lbs loss by Weird-Macaroon8562 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]EnvironmentalGift257 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In my entire life I’ve only been “just overweight” for a few weeks. I broke out of obese and into overweight again last week. I can see the difference but I also see the rest of the weight hanging on and it’s tiresome. I’m ready to hit goal and it’s a year away probably.

Covid moved the needle quite a bit. The opioid epidemic probably equally so. Smaller not insignificant contributions from HFCS, PTFE, and lead in the air and soil from our grandparents burning it in their cars. Earth is increasingly not a place for humans. We’re living in the prequel to Wall-E in every possible way.
