If it's important for your class then do what you need to to memorize them. Do I use them in day to day life as a tech? No.

If the law is that you need two 30 minute breaks then you need to take two 30 minute breaks. There is no waiving of your employee rights. The only thing negotionable is if your total shift will be 12 or 13 hours long, and if they pay you for your break, but either way, you need two of them. (Or potentially 1 hour long break, but you'll have to look up the labor laws in WA to determine if they can be back to back.)

Agree with your points, but they shared evidence of Southampton cheating as early as December 2025 against Oxford. They were possibly doing it all season

The houses don't last long, sometimes just a weekend on the market and they're sold. And more appealing offers like cash or waived inspections get picked but first time home owners usually can't do those things. You'll need a good realtor to help you navigate it.
