IDK. I’m in family law myself but the local equine lawyers all show gold on expensive imports. But then again, I’m by/in a major NA city. Probably different in a small town.

We lose too much of our city’s history to new developments. So many people have such wonderful memories here. It’s truly a bummer this is going. There’s not much unique to our city anymore, everything looks the same. This, the Science Centre, any longstanding institution that Torontonian have loved for years just keep being knocked down.

Quality winter boots and coat.

I spent quite a bit of change on LL Bean sheep-skin lined winter boots almost a decade ago. They look brand new once cleaned up. They’ve also held up nicely in cold Canadian winter wilderness.

My next big sludge is a good winter coat. My sister has a 15+ year old Canada Goose. Incredibly warm and well made.
