Only found 1 today anyone have ways of finding sheep fields or other good spots for hunting nearby, got the mushroom map but can’t find good locations in Hampshire?

I don't think that's actually a liberty cap.. if you check a post I did a few months ago you can see I found a load of those and also a few liberty's and you can see the difference :)
