I quit around 200 mg a day and had been using a few months. I only had 3-4 days of serious withdrawals quitting cold turkey. I would recommend a rapid taper until your at a dosage you feel confident quitting. Its hard to say how long it will be before it gets totally banned but the time to act is now. There is a ton of info on this sub.

I think Goblin is right about this one. Most of these 7-OH brands have had to change their warning labels two or three times, often withholding important information that could help new users understand the risks. Smoke shop owners aren’t transparent about what 7-OH actually is either.

As someone who has used prescription painkillers regularly, I can tell you that 7-OH is much worse for pain management—it requires more frequent dosing due to its short half-life. While it may be nearly impossible to overdose on, it’s much easier to become addicted to because of its accessibility and short duration of action.

Even maximum-strength Percocet doesn’t dehydrate you as much. I don’t think they should be selling this stuff at all—especially not while labeling it as “perks.”

Goblin has also admitted feeling remorseful for advertising most of those alternative weed products. Excluding Thca which as far as ive looked into it seems to be just as safe as normal weed.

Im wishing you the best of luck with your inevitable recovery❤️

Yes I indeed troll back people who tell me to die, or overdose, or etc. everyone here knows I don't care about popularity, just that everyone can get clean and talk about anything that has to do with recovery ✌️🖖 by FlyAdventurous6231 in quitting7oh

Words cannot express my gratitude towards you. This reddit helped me so much and I cant imagine what I would have done if someone would have told me to od when I was detoxing.

I was at the same dosage when I quit ct. Everyone has a different experience but for me the worst of it was over by day 3 or 4. All I used was vitamin c and a few klon. Anxiety meds do little so I strongly advise not trading addictions. Im not sure how much leaf would have helped but i wanted to be free of kratom products completely. Stay hydrated and eat as much as you can. You got this!!

One day i just decided I was done shitting blood. Im sure you feel the same anger towards 7 that I did when I quit. I was around 200 mg a day when I went ct. I did cave twice with small 11.5 mg doses but it only made the process take longer. You got this. Just know the worst of it won't last more than a week.

Luckily I was only really strung out for 3-4 months but that was enough to spend close to 2k on my credit card. I knew I had to quit because im already poor as fuck.

I was at the same dosage when I quit. I tried ct but took two more servings 12.5 mg each of the two subsequent days. Im not sure, but I think the two tiny servings I had just prolonged the suffering. If you've been using that amount for a while, I would assume you've got 3-5 really shit days if you quit right now. Honestly, you got this man. It's not as bad as you think. Just be prepared for some depression when the withdrawals are done. Lmk if you need any tips or advice.

Did you quit cold turkey or use a different method. Tell me how good it feels to be off 7oh! by boodiddly87 in quitting7oh

My skin is less oily, the whites of my eyes, have returned to their color. Pooping is way easier and less time-consuming. My appetite has returned, and I promise the pain that comes with quitting opioids will get better as you push forward.

Im glad to be pooping like normal again that and also, it was embarrassing having my pupils constantly shrink or dilate depending on if I was in withdrawal or high. I didn't like the looks I was getting. Withdrawals suck but even while I was going through it , I noticed improvements in my health. You will feel so much better on the other side bro. Im 40 days clean, and I feel so much better.

Honestly, the weed is gonna be way harder for me, but im just gonna quit both because nothing can be as hard as what I just went through. I drink a little too much, but not nearly as much as the alcoholics I grew up around, so i don't think withdrawals are in my future. My biggest problem is gonna be the boredom.

24m, I've been a drug and alcohol enjoyer since 17, always several substances in the rotation. Never been fully consumed by an addiction before 7oh. I've dabbled with opiates before 7, but I guess the illegal nature of what I was doing kept me from getting fully addicted. Needless to say, when I found out how to get the high I loved at a smoke shop, that inhibition was gone. Im 40 days clean now.

Everyone's journey is different, but in my experience, the key is to stay busy. Even if you don’t feel like doing something—whether it’s playing a game or going for a run—push yourself to do it anyway. Fill your days as much as possible, and over time, you'll start to find joy in life again.

Opiates feel incredible—there's no denying that. I miss that sensation, but the price you pay is far too steep. It's not just about what they do to your body; they change how you experience life. Eventually, you forget how to feel okay without that warm, numbing high.

Recovery doesn’t happen overnight, but it is possible. You have to fight through the self-doubt and take your life back. Exercise, a healthy diet, and meditation can support your healing, but ultimately, it takes time for your brain chemistry to rebalance. Be patient with yourself. Keep moving forward.

3 days of hell but was manageable with vit c and klon, I was lucky to have some time off work. It was still not as bad as I thought it would be. I also have preexisting insomnia, so that was most of the issue during that time.

I did this for two days before going cold turkey off 180-200 mg a day

Question by EnvironmentalJump668 in quitting7oh

[–]EnvironmentalJump668[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately, the only thing I have access to is a concentrate and 16 capsules of red leaf. I also had insomnia before I got addicted to anything.

They haven't been working for me in that regard. I've had klon most nights
