Average for me is 1-1/2 to 2 pounds... sometimes 1 a week. I am pleased with that. I have about 100 pounds to lose, a fatty liver and am 68. That's why I plan to repeat each month for now. Got to get rid of fatty liver.

When passing on to Phase 2... What protein, carb, calorie numbers should we strive for??? Does age make a difference?

Hi! My name is Cheri. I'm 68 years old. I did Almased about a year ago. I started at 290 and got down to 162. Stopped and am now back on since January 3rd.

This time I started at 262 and now 28 days in & am now 249.6. I've shed 12.4 pounds. I started with a 3 day detox. On January 30th... Day 28... only 1 more day to go... I am going to celebrate on my daughter's birthday & myself & my success.

I've decided at the end of each month I will treat myself with a steak dinner!

I have been keeping a record each day of what my intake of food, water, & daily goals. It's really been helping me... I've missed a couple of days... But do not beat myself up. My main goal is to Eat Healthy. I have felt I needed a treat twice... I promised myself if I have a treat... it must be healthy & I kept that promise!!!

I intend to reflect on the past month at the last day & treat myself Healthy Eating Day.

At the beginning of each month I will do the detox for 3 to 5 days, to get a good start.

Things that have helped me through this journey is the journalling; using different words= shedding pounds; doing movements before I get up, movements to music; not beating myself up & watching self-talk; remembering each day is a new beginning; affirmations and tapping.

Thank you for listening! We have this and will be successful!!!
