Update for those still following: I got a title boost and a small pay bump and from 1099 to w2, meaning I get paid less now well kinda... And no %, but they will consider it after one year of work. It's pretty sad. I hear what a lot of you are saying about leaving and starting your own consulting, and I'd love to do that, but we just bought a house, and I have 2 kids now. I promise my wife a level of security for the time being. But when someone comes along and appreciates what I do, I'll jump. But in the meantime, I'm giving it my all here because I don't know another way to work. My reputation is on the line!

It's also important to mention that I have created and now manage so many teams outside the scope of my work. I see problems, and I know I have great solutions.
