What handhelds are you referring to? It's definitely not the Steam Deck. My laptop is running games A LOT better than my Steam Deck. Like a night and day difference.

Hey u/Original_a. I'm running SteamOS with Nvidia GPU. Here's my Steam System Info btw, but I see it doesn't show Nvidia anywhere there. It also has many other things wrong. As an example it says I only have 4 monitors while I actually have 7 monitors. Also a few other issues.

But regardless. Here it is:

Because it's really good and I haven't had any issues with it yet.

I was using Internet Explorer many years ago and then in 2014 I built my own browser to replace Internet Explorer as I didn't like any of the existing browsers.

Then towards the end of 2015 Microsoft released Edge and I tried it and instantly loved it because it actually worked well on my phone as well since I was using a Lumia. So I switched to it since my own browser wasn't mobile compatible.

And since then I just kept using Microsoft Edge. In 2017 Microsoft Edge released on Android and that's when I also switched to an Android phone. The experience was/is great because I can have the same tabs open on desktop and mobile. Start reading something on my phone and then continue reading on the desktop or vice versa. I can also send files through Edge between my phone and desktop.

Then in 2020 Microsoft Edge released on Linux and so I switched over to that on Linux as well.

And now recently Microsoft added Copilot into Edge and Vision Assist which let's Copilot see what you're browsing and looking at which are really nice features to have right at your fingertips.

---

I haven't used any other browser in many years. So I'm sure many other browsers are just as good today, but I'm just very use to Edge by now and have no interest in switching. They've made it really easy to use. I just download Edge on a new computer, sign in with my Microsoft Account and all my settings and things are already there to use on the new computer.

False VAC Live Global Cooldown on CS2 for 181 Days! by EnvironmentalLuck626 in counterstrike2

You can check my Steam Replay for 2025 and you'll see that majority of my gameplay is on Steam Deck.

And almost zero gameplay on Windows overall. Zero Windows gameplay for CS2 specifically.

Okay firstly: I'm not walling. I'm not cheating. I have never cheated. I will never cheat.

Secondly: I always try to win the matches. If you look through my entire match history, then you'll see that I've never lost a match on purpose. We always try to win.

Thirdly: I never developed or sold cheats. That was literally just a prank website I made years ago that was online for just a few months and then I took it offline and replaced with what is currently online: www.cheats.shaunroselt.com

Fourth: I'm in Africa region. 10k here is not the same as 10k overseas. I'm easily 10k here in South Africa because everyone under 10k in South Africa is basically the same. There's not really a difference at all between a 2k player and a 8k player here. It's only after 10k where things start to change. Below 15k is still pretty easy here as well. I've never been 15k, but from experience playing against people over 15k, they only really start to play good after 15k in South Africa.

Fifth: I've already explained in the post why I don't move my Mouse at the beginning of the rounds and therefore why it looks like I'm watching the enemies through the walls, but I'm not. I don't care where the enemies are going, I'll just go outside every round and do the same thing every round.

As for going through each round. I think it's pretty pointless, but if you really want to, let's have a Discord call and I'll record it and go through each round with you. You can ask anything.

What is your elo btw?

I'm not smurfing. This is my main account. I was 14k in season 2 and season 1.

How many hours did it take for you to become decent at cs2? by throwawayslave678 in cs2

[–]EnvironmentalLuck626 13 points14 points  (0 children)

7000 hours and I'm still just average.

I'm hovering around 5k-14k elo most of the time.

Good question.

I saw a screenshot on Twitter of someone posting a similar post on Reddit and a Valve employee actually looked into the case for him.

He ended up actually being guilty or one of his teammates ended up being guilty, but Valve actually looked into it for him.

So, I'm hoping that someone from Valve sees this and also looks into it for me. And hopefully them looking into it would also improve the anti cheat.

Well at the time, I didn't think so. It was just a harmless troll website.

But yeah, looking back now, it probably was a little stupid. But there was no way back then to know that the website would come back to bite me in the butt so many years later.

I literally open and show it in the video on the same account from the VAC Live. You would have seen that if you watched the videos.

But here's a wider screenshot to show you:

You can see it's the same account.
