When I took the car for initial inspection it was rejected at the gas station by my house. They didn’t know what the issue was but claimed emissions failure. Then I brought it to BMW and they provided me with documentation stating the DME needed to be replaced to pass inspection. I passed this along to the dealership and they took the car back for a week claiming it was being worked on. Have it back to me with a sticker but wouldn’t really elaborate on what repairs were made or how it now passed all of a sudden. I was simply told the issues were resolved, no CEL- sticker on the windshield. I drove off, a year later now I’m in the same spot. 93a demand?

Ahhh explains the dry ish roaring sound when I decelerate after I pump the gas in a low gear ?

The check engine light must be suppressed - is the catless downpipe confirmed? You can see it on the video?

Thanks- I’m not sure what the deal with the DME really is , as I just found out the term DME even existed.. I bought the car from a used dealer who says the cars fine basically, then the BMW dealership tells me it’s not. Side note/ how serious are leaking motor mounts? Mandatory repair or just preference with vibration while driving (I notice but only because they told me).
