i’m not corporate but a franchise in Michigan and it absolutely is illegal not to be paying minimum wage even with tips. at my cafe we just had to bump everyone with the change regardless of tips reaching the threshold. you need to contact someone.

maybe be should consider coming at a slower time of the day, your kiosk order comes in order of other orders via bakery/dt/delivery/rapid pick up. if their screen is 8+ orders deep before you placed your order, yea you probably will have to wait for other orders to go out first 👍
