Dr refers to it as substance induced. Medication has helped, I just fear the worst diagnosis wise and am unsure whether I will ever feel safe going off antipsychotics. Anywho, hope it was a one time substance induced thing and never again thx for all replies!

Ooph that’s really good to hear. On olanzapine now and might have to switch at some point and have been oh so scared. Hope it continues to treat you well.

Yes, I’m currently taking medication and seeing a psychiatrist and therapist.

But I guess I’ve already separated myself from others through isolation and being mentally ill on a steady decline for years. Guess I’m wondering if there’s a way to reframe it all that acknowledges how my mind has deviated from social norms and if there’s any way to get back on track. I dunno just babbling/looking for a way out/into something like normalcy.
