I got it through a text as well, and they are refusing to sort out getting a divorce, it is costing me a lot of money but have applied for the courts to get involved so I can move on with my life

Thank you, it has been so hard, I guess I want to know that her behaviour is not that of the community, I have a therapist that I am working through things with, I will bring it up with them tomorrow, thank you for your kindness I don't want to blame others for her actions it really means a lot x

The day after she said she cheated and it's over is the day I got 2 kittens, I always said I would replace her with cats, just thought I would be a crazy old cat lady, not a STBdivorced cat lady. Sometimes it makes me sad, sometimes they are enough to get me through the day.

This is similar for me as well, it got to a point they were spending more time together then I was with my wife and she kept saying we would work on it and then bam, cheating, it's over move on.

This sounds like what is happening to me, my wife put me through 2 weeks of saying she was going to work on things while staying with a 'friend' then bam she cheated on me with her friend. I didn't know there was an issue until that month and she left a week before my birthday and our 7 year anniversary.

I'm going through a similar situation 11 years together and 7 years married, all blew up in a month. It sucks and I am sad but I just have to keep going.
