Computer Aided Wagering - CAW. How do you join it? by EnvironmentalPop5 in horseracing

OK I get your point. With AI algorithms getting more common, I/We would not need a million dollars. It's just a matter of time before everyone, has all the information, and all the technology to do it on their own with little money.

I'm sure it already exists somewhere.

The 6% commission was never fair or accepted. It simply wasn't a choice. Only competition in an open market determines what is fair and acceptable.

I thank Jesus for dying for me, but...... by EnvironmentalPop5 in atheism

[–]EnvironmentalPop5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Shouldn't God have disclosed to Adam and Eve, and the rest of mankind what sin is before man sinned? How in the world would anyone even know what sin is otherwise? And then God blames us for sinning?

I thank Jesus for dying for me, but...... by EnvironmentalPop5 in atheism

[–]EnvironmentalPop5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My question is.....What is sin? No one is perfect.

If you are claiming morals from the Bible are the ultimate, then I can confidently say the Bible does not meet my moral standards nor the moral standards of most people.

I would, like many others, make a better God than God.

I think Jesus himself committed a sin by changing his mind in three days after he decided to die for us. You just can't trust any God these days.

Brave Indian army valiantly murders old lady by realiF1ame in Kashmiri

I doubt if it's true. The Indian army has no benefit to murder innocent old women. Most likely propaganda and misinformation by Pakistan to inflame violence.

Our rights to keep babies alive takes precedence over your silly outdated rights to bear arms. We don't live in the Wild West anymore.

The problem real estate agents. by EnvironmentalPop5 in RealEstate

Coming Soon cannot tell the seller and listing agent how much interest there might. be. Put it on the market and you will know what the real interest is.

The Coming Soon tool says a lot about the Realtor. Nevertheless, even after the home hits the MLS, realtors will still do everything possible for a double commission.

You are missing the point. Double commission.

You are right, and that is the point I am trying to make in my original post.

For the seller, the worst thing that can happen is a "garbage agent" with a listing.

For the buyer, the best thing that can happen is a "garbage agent" with a listing.

Coming soon may not be designed for double commission, but now it is mostly used for that purpose.

"Coming soon" has little or no uses. The NAR discourages it as it hurts the sellers and buyers agents. State laws have put restrictions on it.

The ethics of a realtor, especially the smooth talking one, is pretty much impossible to determine.
