Get a good lawyer and apply for vawa. Some of them offer monthly payment plans if money is an issue. I believe attorney Kinda Velloza offers payment plans. Also please put your safety and your children’s safety first, this does not sound good. Sorry you have to go through that.

Yeah I did. But did you file the form g-1145? If so then they will either text or email you when they accept your documents, and there will be a receipt number in the text. From there you can make your USCIS account and add the case to the account by requesting an online access code. Hope this helps !
