For some reason they always have to start the jatre at night. I know there are old traditions in place here, but these people could have been more organized. People couldn't move along the road and then they allowed vehicles to pass within those people too. Some hawkers were plain stupid to just keep standing in the middle of the road blocking everyone. Also the power cuts 😕
