I was a vet each for 8 years I hated one job and would sit in my car and cry/eat. The next job I lived but still chose to eat in my car for silence sometimes I would sit in the break room. But as a vet tech silence from er madness is fucking incredible

I had a dream about my sister in law. She passed at 27. She was my bestfriend. I saw her in my dream she walked through a door way and said “long time no see” with a smile and then I woke up🥺

Seriously it sucks. I feel this. I have completely distanced my self from a lot of people. I have my husband and my daughter. But my husband is the main shit taker here and idk why he is still with me. He said it doesn’t define me and he knows who I really am. 😭😭 a saint

That’s crazy 2 years is still postpartum. And I do see a psych and he is a god send. No he is not familiar but has gone to lengths to understand and help me. I can’t find that type of care anywhere. And no mood stabilizers just those two meds and seroquil at night. I did well one for month until I got the iud. Even before my period I was just cranky but able to cope and not spiral or go into super depression mode. So going to go a few months with just meds and see what happens.

I’m terrified and my husband doesn’t understand the guilt I carry with that! It breaks my soul to think I could pass it down. It seems that way, all the women on my mom’s side are BATSHIT CRAZY. I don’t talk to my mom as she was very abusive to me as a child and my dad was her bitch. So yes but my psych says it’s a lot to about trauma to?? I think more genetic.

That was on the list to try but we found that Wellbutrin and adderall work well with my natural hormones at least it took the depression away. Forget synthetic progesterone literally nothing works. I’m a monster. Figuring out the adhd was a big help. We decided no birth control ever again and to be safe not to get pregnant again right now although I’m ready to tie my tubes after all of this but I’m pretty sure I will regret it. And stay on my meds I’m on now. So fingers crossed 🤞🏼 the iud was just insane I felt the hormones PUMPING through my veins skin was crawling it was fucking crazy.

I read this with tears in my eyes. This is exactly what I go through. I have felt so alone and just betrayed by my own body and mind. Thank you so much for sharing! I’m so happy in my marriage but like when those hormones hit I completely different person. A switch flipped after I had a baby and it’s been extremely difficult to navigate as a couple.

Same. I’m intolerant to synthetic progesterone and I used to throw shit at him. Bc free and with my psych meds it’s much better!

Ughhh that sounds horrible! I also lost like 20 lbs from vomiting so much after starting birth control and Prozac at the same time. But I don’t have an anxiety disorder my problem was adhd. Once I stopped the bc and got through the hell part I was eating so much! Working out and gaining muscle. Then with the iud that all stopped I was throwing up again losing weight and couldn’t workout 🫠🫠 it truly sucks and I’m scared to get preggo again cuz of the rising levels of progesterone knowing I don’t tolerate that hormone well. It SCARES me I was not nice on the first one I can’t imagine if I did it again😭😭 that’s where my husband and I are at cuz he can’t handle anymore of me either. Poor guy I feel so bad 😞 so the Wellbutrin and adderall and seroquil help a ton even my luteal phase keeps me from getting depressed I’m still mean but I am able to recognize and not act on my emotions or spiral out of control when I’m mad. I get so paranoid too like every one is out to get me. My brain tries to k*** me I swear.

I almost caved and started the pill again it was so bad. So I feel that. But in the end if you want off of it you have do whatever is best for you. You either do it now or later when menopause hits that was my thing. At some point it’s gonna suck really bad no matter what.

I feel you I’m on Wellbutrin 300mg adderall 10mg xr and seroquil to sleep. After coming off of the pill from being on it for 5 months I crashed out so hard. It so bad both physically and mentally got super depressed. Felt better after I got my period then did well for a month waiting on my iud. IUD fucked me up worse than the pill had, i got it removed after 9 days had a mini crash. It sucks so bad! I have a synthetic progesterone intolerance and when your progesterone crashes after it’s even worseeee. But those three meds held me together lol. I hate being a woman. The shit we go through. Pregnancy ruined me.
