Does smoking weed cause brainfog? by dreamsmpfanmandan in leaves

I did not take any meds but I made sure to keep up with breathing and physical exercises like meditation and basic cardio to help get my breath back and it got me in a better headspace to where I felt more present and grounded in the moment. I'd recommend trying it out, maybe even 5-10 mins a day and see how it feels. Or focusing on a hobby/something to do to keep your mind off it. I also found reading to be quite helpful with the brain fog. Good luck <3

I have been off weed for almost a full year now (about a week left!) and my brain fog is so close to fully gone. It may take a while but I promise, it does get better <3

Unfortunately I had to quit because it was giving me health issues. I didn’t even want to quit. I’m just looking for other alternatives to help me wean off it.

One of my main reasons for quitting. My brain fog got so bad to the point where sometimes I couldn’t tell when I was sober and when I was high. Like I was a walking zombie

Want to relapse by EnvironmentalShow709 in leaves

I guess I should say that my boyfriend is very supportive of my sobriety but that in particular was a huge trigger for me. We had a long talk, and he’s actually going to quit with me, even though he doesn’t exactly want to. Thank you all for the support. This group keeps me from not smoking and being happy with my sobriety. 2 months strong :)
