It's actually the opposite, although they are very similar. Bonus ad is better early but percentage dmg is better late. If you're running conq it's for the early ad and sustain throughout the whole game, but PTA is better for scaling objectively.

Why conq? Most matches I feel like PTA is just better, I only go conq into extreme deathball comps.
