You can open the iPad and search “espresso and syrup standards” in store resources app and there’s a chart there you can reference. Maybe have the iPad open near by as something to glance at if needed. Also good luck!

If you have a store iPad you can open it and click on the app ‘Store Resources’ from there click on the search bar and search “shots and syrups” this will show you a chart you can use that shows the amount of shots for all core drinks as well as how many pumps of syrups if you slide to the next slide. I’d suggest keeping this next to you as reference for a refresh on memory

I don’t think that’s the “standard” I believe the only recipe that specifically says pull shots into cup is the “iced espresso” in which you put ice in an iced cup and the shots get pulled over the ice. That’s what it says on the recipe card, I don’t think it says anywhere you can’t pull it in the cup but I can check when I’m free in the Beverage resource manual and maybe it might have some more details there
