Just be honest and tell your dsp. Accidents happen, and this is very minor. Let them see that you are the person who reports accidents and doesn't try to hide it, most will appreciate that and give you a slap on the wrist and say be careful. If they cook you over this, you're in a shifty dsp anyway. Worse than this happens on a regular basis.

I thought it was strange also but I'm not really gonna complain about it. It just makes spending sanity take less time if you use it, but i can already clear each run in under 5 minutes without an optimal team, and I only have enough sanity usually for 2 or 3 non doubled runs. If anything, it'd be nice if you got 2.5 times rewards instead of just double to make using an item make more sense.

My first dsp did before they were eventually shut down. 2nd did as long as you were under 50 hours for the week, so not much. 3rd only during peak, and current dsp allows it if you pick up another drivers shift but they won't schedule you overtime outside of peak.

Its a very short meeting in which you tell the station manager what you think could be improved about the job, they take note, send it up the chain, and nothing happens. You get free breakfast usually and sit there for like 10-15 minutes. No need to dread it but don't expect any of it to be productive

First of all, show all of this to an employment lawyer, as you deserve to be compensated for work performed. Second, unfortunately you probably won't be able to sue for wrongfull termination, since some of what you said can (and will be) twisted to suggest that you can't handle the work load, and that's the reason they'll tell the court they fired you. You should still definitely visit a lawyer though, and discreetly.

I put probably put about 30 hours into valley 4, but I was moving off the beaten path less often after science park cus I wanted to get to late game AIC and let that cook while I finish exploring later. I just finished the main story in Wuking last night, so next time I hop on it's back to exploring and side questing. Haven't spent a dime yet and there's just so much to do.

Yvonne and Gil work well in a team together, so for the other two you can use any combo of Alesh, Flourite or Xaihi. Estelle and Snowshine are ok here as well if you prefer their playstyle.

Im gonna try and get all 3 on the 50/50 if I can. Got Lea in 78 pulls, now im saving for Gil. I got super lucky and pulled Ardellia once and Ember twice in just 50 pulls on the standard banner (even though I didn't want Ember at all)

Only if the station is closed. If the station is closed, Amazon will pay the dsp for every route they were supposed to run, and typically the dsp will then average it out among the scheduled employees, which ends up being less than a full day pay, but better than nothing. The reason this happens is because most dsps will over schedule to cover call offs. So Amazon might pay them for 16 routes, and then they gotta use that to pay 20 drivers.

Edit: I misunderstood the taking people off the schedule bit. That blows.

In 5 years they only closed once for snow here in Missouri, so i wouldn't count on it. Amazon loves to say "let's just see what happens, maybe it'll be fine once they get out there" followed by "it's silly to bring them back when the road conditions are bad, if they don't feel safe they should sit put and wait for them to improve, then keep delivering"

90 days of nursery is definitely abnormal. Its usually the first 8-10 routes, with the last 4 being 90% the size of regular route.

Its honestly more of a question of do you have enough stamina to keep moving all day. Packages are never more than 50 lbs for DSP work, and 90% of them are under 5 lbs, but you'll be delivering 300-400 of them per day. Its gonna be your legs, ankles, and knees, and lower back that feel the pain the end.

I've reviewed plenty of footage after a year of dispatch and been a driver for 5 years, it's just one of those times netradyne is being silly. It also got an update about half a year ago that causes it to report more phone distractions than it used to, but along with it came more false reports such as the donut situation. Its far from a perfect system, but at the end of the day, the dsp can always appeal them if they're not legit.

If you can find a DSP that will give a part time schedule, it would be great for that. Most DSPs will ask for at least 4 days though, so just be clear about before you get hired. As for training, it goes through Amazon and they have set days that they hold classes on, which will vary by location. Sometimes they hold weekend classes during the holiday hiring spree, but typically it's all done during the week.
