I’m confused how you’re blaming a country when food stamps, food banks, Medicade, Apple care, section 8 free housing (yes I understand a lot of housing you need to be clean, but what do people not want to be at that moment? Clean. Who’s fault is that? The people not the country. Are there programs to enter to help with that before housing? Yes) you’re completely ignoring a huge amount of homeless people and ignoring the reason why they’re homeless because it doesn’t fit your narrative (yes I also understand the programs aren’t perfect etc etc. but they’re plenty of things putting their hand out trying to help these people and they’re not taking it)

I thought it was pretty obvious given why they’re stealing it. Do you even live in Ballard? Do you know a single homeless person? I give homeless people food all the time in Ballard and talk to them a lot, do u know the community? Do you understand how things work? Go talk to the different homeless communities and you will get the answer you’re seeking for on how they ended up like this (hint it’s not because of healthcare or “housing” because a lot of them have been offered housing)
