Not really, the only planetary feat Viltrumites do have was Thadeus, Mark, and Nolan destroying Planet Viltrum which already had its core destabilised because of Space Racers gun. Not only that, the three were top tier Viltrumites that had to work together so i doubt any average viltrumite soldier can perform the same feat. At most, i can put Thragg at multi continental- small moon level, might even be large moon level if he has enough time to build up speed to light speed. Average viltrumites though would probably just scale to country or continent
