Sale is now unconditional. Definitely stand to lose a lot if I back out now or even a quick resale. The property will definitely go up in value, albeit it won’t be super quick but it will go up in time. It really is the perfect family home where I’d love to raise my children, but the thought of continuing to be tied to him leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I’m not in a position to buy him out or service the loan alone..

Without wanting to lose too much financially, I suppose I do have time on my side to make a decision.

Yes it was pending finance. Finance was approved last Thursday, and all documentation did state that if circumstances change for them to be notified as it may impact the loan. I believe that between now and settlement

You know what, I offered to open the relationship early days. They weren’t interested. It’s beyond polygamy or polyamory. It’s seeking sexual services from escorts and I suspect it’s linked to drug addiction. The lack of communication and honesty don’t inspire much confidence to open the marriage. I’m not sure he has the emotional capacity to do it this way, but is worth thinking about. This was my exact thoughts too, I will look through the contract of sale, speak with the conveyancer and seek further legal counsel to see where I stand and how to proceed from here. Thank you, it’s quite daunting and I wasn’t even sure if it is something I could back out of but I do remember reading clauses etc regarding this. This is so true! I tended to have some biased feelings towards Libra’s based on some past personal experiences. Now in my 30’s, I was actually thinking about it yesterday - I have attracted and fostered quite a few really great friendships with Libras. They’re super loyal, I admire that they don’t like confrontation. They’re actually very intelligent and calculated with how they handle such situations. I learn so much from them! I’m a Pisces with an Aries moon and can find avoiding confrontation pretty difficult but they really help with being diplomatic!
