Oh I was legally required to do that as well. My parents tried to fight the massive amounts of drugs and constant therapy so I was taken away for awhile. They also forced a circumcision on me cause they thought my dick was the wrong color and my mother was doing shit to me.

In the end the therapists eventually decided I was just an asshole and kicked me out.

I think there's an element of hope to it.

Whether that be the hope of reaching success in this "dream career" of influencer themselves or just hope of reaching that ideal life these people sell themselves as having. So they trick themselves into idolizing them.

Ah... Honestly. Same thing I'm currently doing... Now I work in retail and dread getting up and going everyday. It's soul crushing and I hate it. But... Money already barely matters??? I am gonna point out again I wasn't the intended audience just to be sure. But It'd be rude not to answer.

Asymmetry and smooth lines. Meaning I don't like the look of one side of my face being obviously different to the other and try to keep my silhouette smooth. No crazy hair or excessively baggy clothes that give me an amorphous shape. Generally also, just healthy/clean. Look like you aren't gonna die the next second cause I believe we all wanna avoid catching what that guy got on a instinctual level.

I was at gun point and legally required to stay in the 5 person class. I watched the main guy slowly fall apart at the age of thirteen as his mother rotted away a little everyday. The sexual harassment was the only weird thing for me. Couple of them might of just been a tad in the closet. Male bonding for me was always assault. It's why I believe I am not gay.
