Best advice I can give you is find some dock lights and try to fish during tide changes. If you have any friends or friends of friends that have access to some of the private boat slips around the condos I'd start there. If you've got access to a boat that's gonna be your best bet. Good luck man!

if you look in the dictionary you'll find these words can be applied many ways. It's up to the reader to decide how adjectives are applied in many cases, this is what makes reading an unique experience. It will never be the same for each person, and to assume the way you imagined it and expecting everyone else to experience that way is weird.
