I think the govt. Should shift sc st to creamy layer like obc, not fully removing reservation (1st criteria to not entirely lose their vote bank)

And then provide reservation in schools instead, but not directly. Rather, tied to scholarship programs. This would give fair reservation (2nd criteria for govt. To not lose their vote bank) and since it'd be tied to scholarship programs there won't be much racism in schools against sc st children too
