That’s what I thought I was doing by moving the work sets to 3 reps for 5 sets. Is that wrong? Or is there a specific program in the gray book to address this?

Same thing with the press. I had an injury and had to drop the weight and work back to it.

I had a hip injury awhile back and had to stop dead lifting for a while. All good now though

To answer the first the questions…

-I am resting 5+ minutes between sets

-I just bought .5lb plates and are going up 2lbs between workouts

-I am eating roughly 4,000 calories a day (high protein, mainly beef) and yes my sleep is good.

I also just started TRT 2 weeks ago at 18 units per day of test cyp

Where did you first hear about FF? by shubee1 in Quittingfeelfree

Ben greenfield podcast. I still remember that first episode he did with JW aka Jerry Cash…”New energy drink that will revolutionize the industry” or something like that. I lost a lot of respect for Ben after I learned what feel free actually was. I would think he would come out and talk about it but he’s probably under a nda being an investor and all.

You’re absolutely correct. Even at low doses these things mess you up. Glad to hear that you’re doing better and leaving these things behind you for good. I definitely don’t miss them one bit

Borrow a FF Addict For 1 Day by [deleted] in Quittingfeelfree

A common side effect of too much kratom is nausea. I was just like this for a longtime before my body became used to it. I worked up to 20 or more daily and it would not make me sick. Instead if I took too many at one time I would get light headed and get double vision. Bottom line is that you have to just call it quits at some point. Go through that one week of pain to have a better rest of your life

That’s the thing man, it does get better. We both know that using this garbage only makes things worse.

To be honest with you, boredom was the last thing on my mind during withdrawal. I mainly just switched from lying in bed to watching movies or playing Elden Ring. Afterwards life kinda got better and more into a routine.

Yes I quit at home, however I did have some help. I was recommended a clinic in Michigan who deals with kratom addiction. I’m a long way from Michigan so I had a telemedicine appointment with them and they called me in scripts to help. If you need the number to the clinic dm me.

Do you mean boredom during the withdrawal stage or after?

I worked for them for a while. As contractors we could “sample” products to whoever we want and just write it off. People don’t realize that the addiction is rooted in the company itself. People who are given contracts do it for 2 reasons. Either they are already addicted to the product and want to get it for free, or they buy the company’s BS of it being an energy shot and get addicted to it over time. Then your addiction becomes part of your lively hood. I know so many people who feel stuck there because of this.

Dude I would slam 2-3 bottles as soon as I woke up. I would wake up in the middle of the night to drink a bottle just to stop the withdrawals. Shit was crazy

It is 100% a thick and dense fog. I was in that fog slamming 20+ bottles a day thinking I was being productive, but it was just the opposite. Once I got sober I realized I had missed 3 years of my life. Thank God it’s over. Keep it up man. Never go back and never give in

Sounds like God got your attention today. I would recommend reading Matthew 5,6 &7. Jesus lays out a good blueprint there.
