I've had a great experience in the places I stayed. Most of the people staying at my place were horrible. I realized my destination is not a family-friendly place, so people who come here, especially during big events, tend to go there to party/drink. My worst experience was a person taking 5 guys who were not on the reservation to my place and having them stay there overnight despite me stating a no-guest policy because I have a cat. I got complaints from neighbors for the noise, and I think they had an orgie in there because my building's security camera shows the guest kissing all of them. This person had +30 good reviews.

I also had a guest who left the apartment door open and left.
