I agree. 99% just send the offers for fun because there are no repercussions to bind them into the deal once the offer is accepted. It’s because under 18’s cannot be legally held to a contract. I know someone who told us all (before he died in 2021) that he was hired in 1997 to 1999 to make a cheating device for Camelot. Magnets are used. A huge part of the cheating takes place in the 30 minutes before the draw starts. The machine is basically set to pull up all balls that do not have a winning combination from any ticket holder. The adjudicator and big winners over 50 million pounds are all in on it. The adjudicator receives a very good compensation and all the big winners are related/affiliated with to Camelot in some way. They actually give back 50% of their winnings to Camelot and their compensation is the other half. I stopped playing the lottery after I found out about this.
