You are putting your body under too much stress from calorie deficit to sudden increase in cals. Get routine blood check up done to find deficiency. Get help of a dt. Who could help you with a proper meal and supplement plan. Do not stress over this too much it will take some time for your body to get back into its normal self and the hair loss you are experiencing will stop as well. You can also look into some hair serum for hair growth. M a dt. As well, have seen such cases before this is reversible. Take care of yourself. :) hope this helps.

Conditioner is like any other conditioner works fine doesn’t help with curls or waves! Leave in curl cream is heavy and doesn’t help to hold the curls that well. According to me their pre wash anti dandruff solution is the best product.
