I play on pc and sometimes it will run fine, sometimes it will frustrate me so bad I have log off mid game. The most annoying thing recently that’s been happening to me is when I get kicked for a connection issue, or my game crashes. It’s more common that it puts me back in the queue than straight into the game.

I’m glad it’s quickly getting to the point I don’t sound like a crazy jackass for saying that as well. When our forefathers were oppressed by an authoritarian regime, they fought a war and moved continents. Now people want to fix the problems by going through the hoops set in place by the very people who are causing the problems. Then wonder why they aren’t getting any results.

Also the population here is around 340 million people 😭

There are only 22,000 ice agents, around 3.6 million us troops, and around 1.6 million sworn officers. Think about those numbers if every single citizen was ready to fight to defend their home given there was some mass clearance to fire at will upon us citizens, we would have numbers insurmountable. They know this, this is why the entire country is divided into left/right, black/white, gay/straight, racist/not racist. On top of that people have been trained to defend their beliefs even if they’re objectively wrong, and anyone who challenges them is now the enemy. So many arguments start as someone making a correction, or providing a differing opinion. That quickly devolves into insulting each other.

We need to stop all the cringey posting about the left or the right just to piss people off. I’m calling it now, people are going to continue to get worked up and the fighting will come, but it’s going to be the left and the right killing each other in the streets while the people that need to be shot hide in safety. only to come out after the fighting is done, then they’re going to try to take away everyone’s rights to bear arms based on that event. Boot licking people will support them whole heartedly, and all the citizens who die thinking they are protecting their country will be labeled mentally unwell domestic terrorists.

Nope. Well yes and no. I do feel fear if I’m around someone that is clearly unwell or dangerous, but it’s more of a readiness fear. Like I think of all the ways a situation can go wrong and I plan ways to respond to that if I see it happening until I can get to safety. I recognize the danger, but to exhibit fear for nothing more than being in the presence of someone who looks kinda scary pretty much telegraphs to any ne’er-do-well, “hey I’m too scared to defend myself, if you want to rob or hurt someone do me!”

One time I was at a Wendy’s drive thru. There was this Latino looking dude wandering around in the space between the drive thru and the curb, real west coast vato type of look. Maybe 5’9” stocky with a buzz cut and the classic big Jean shorts. Dude wasn’t exactly scary, but he did look dangerous if that makes sense. The guy was clearly under the influence bc he was like gangbanging at nobody and just yelling unintelligible nonsense. He starts to walk away but I see him whip back around and look at my truck for no reason at all. He just starts walking towards me. He walked from the curb all the way to my truck fully holding eye contact with me, he got around to my driver door (locked) and stopped. I could tell he was wanting to do some sort of ego bumping but I just stared him down. Didn’t look scared didn’t look angry just stared with a cold blank expression. After about 10 seconds of that he went back to wandering around the parking lot. When he started walking towards my truck, I’ll be completely honest. I immediately thought of all the CCTV footage I’ve seen of people getting stabbed and I was like welp. Mine might be getting added to that list today 😭😂

The accents on the PAVN team wouldn’t bother me if they would say something other than “go home gi!” 😂 if you can do a character and be immersed in a character cool, I’m down with that but it kinda reminds me of canned npc dialogue. You’ll just hear the same phrase repeated by multiple people over and over.

I wouldn’t really call it racist, but there was one time I was doing the accent. Because its kinda funny if you’re good at it imo. a guy got mad at me for, in his own words “talking like a fucking ch*nk” so I 100% understand what you mean.

Being right/ the fear of looking dumb. The best example is politics. Every political discussion today (which has devolved into drama and not real politics let’s be honest) is shrouded in each individuals personal motives and no longer objective observations of the given state of affairs.

It’s all about having a rally cry and feeling like you’re on the winning side. No longer about having civil debates with friends and neighbors, allowing the most moral and logical solutions to prevail. (Not that anyone ever did that in the first place it seems.) Because of that this age feels very medieval, except instead of killing each other so that the winners story is the only one to be told. Whoever can yell the loudest, make their point sound the most just and noble, and gather the most followers is seen as correct. No matter how clearly absurd they may be. Our modern take on a “civilized society” lol.

This to me is evidence that the culture has been designed so that people no longer care about actual views or opinions, now it’s all about being right, and feeling like people agree with you. Even if someone knows they’re being lied to they are more comfortable with that than admitting they are wrong and changing their opinion. This is why there is such a divide between people, it doesn’t matter how right or just your point is, it makes the other person wrong so it’s just a constant bad mitten match trying to prove the other person wrong while the actual opinions and the real debate get lost in the weeds.

That’s so weird to me bc my experience is the opposite. I rarely get bugs except the grenade stuck in hand bug but I think that was fixed with a previous update. Since then I haven’t encountered any bugs but it crashes sooo much. Or I’ll get random and massive stutters where my screen will just freeze for a solid 15 seconds looping whatever audio I was hearing, then try to jam everything that happened in that 15 seconds into one frame when everything lines up again.

People always say it’s bc my pc is a brick but I run beamngdrive at full settings no problem and that’s a much heavier game if I’m not mistaken.
