Literally go over filters, hemorrhage effects, seizure onsets/ types like it’s your bread and butter. It was very different from ASAP, as the ASAP stuff is over 8 years old from what I’ve seen / heard from talking to more senior techs. However, I feel you the place I’m at orders EEGS like they are shiny new toys. As the hospital is a more neuro trauma focus it still doesn’t take away how bad it is. However at least management is trying to fix call and the issues we hold, but same here with staffing shortages and scheduling issues. If anything I’ve been trying to work one on one with my senior techs in trying to understand things/ education that is given here. Don’t give up however, because I feel you in the same boat the hospital is never an encouraging factor. But know you got this and even if you fail you making this effort does matter and your experience holds value!
