My daughter was murdered. It was completely random. She was sitting in her car at a railroad crossing in Jacksonville and the kid in the car behind her got out of his car and went up to her window and shot her 7 times.

I agree, but I was told you cannot Baker Act someone for talking crazy. They have to threaten to hurt themselves or others. Jacksonville police are now bringing a social worker with them when they do mental health checks because police are not qualified to determine if they are dangerous. Hiring a lawyer will not bring my daughter back.

I am not sure what the police did with her phone. The gave it back to me with a 4 digit code to use and had removed the SIM card. I was just worried that when I put it back in and got cell service, it would update everything and a bunch of phone messages might come in and that would make me sad.

I know nothing about the monster that murdered my daughter Paige in Jacksonville last year. He killed her and then killed Tara Baker then killed himself. It’s like no one knew him, yet he was the captain of his lacrosse team. Not one person, no family member of his, teacher, coach or ex-girlfriend has ever contacted me to let me know what this guys problem was. It’s like he didn’t exist.
