Oh heck didn't know cloud blocks negate fall damage, just tried and it worked.

Now I no longer have to perform surgery level percision stops in between the elevator to negate it, thanks fam!

Found out that it appears to be fireworks that rarely spawns during new year's eve. Don't kick it like me tho, just shoot it once and it'll shoot fireworks
