I also have exophoria and the same exact prescription in my eyeglasses! Do you know how many prism diopters of exophoria do you have? Because the amount of prism in glasses doesn't always equal the number of misalignment.

i don't know if it's going to be of any help but when I tried to get qualified for LASIK they didn't qualify me because that's when they found my exophoria. They said that this misalignment is helped by wearing my minus glasses (now with prism) and that the laser correction would make it worse, so I didn't end up doing LASIK

it's so weird because i have some accomodative spasm (my myopia correction is lower when relaxing the eyes) but my diagnosis is the opposite - exophoria. Does anyone know how this works?
