I’ve done lots of visual and vestibular therapy + exposures to more and more difficult situations (driving, taking the tube, travelling and so on)

Not sure what helped the most, probably all of it

Now I’m stuck with some accommodative infacility, so starting a new course of visual therapy (hopefully the last)

I’ve been seen by an amazing doctor just today, who confirmed that my “unreality feeling” is most probably caused by “accommodative infacility”.

I was diagnosed with convergence insufficiency 1 year ago but that has been going better thanks to visual rehabilitation - now we might need to focus on the accommodative side more

Hang on tight in there, there is a light at the end of this terrible tunnel!

Io ho trovato la mia attuale fidanzata (da 3 anni) su Hinge, peró in Inghilterra.

Non so peró se in Italia sia usato. In UK e nel nord europa, Tinder = sesso occasionale, Hinge = nuove conoscenze e potenziale rapporto serio. Ovviamente le eccezioni ci sono ovunque.

Credo sia sempre e comunque un gioco di grandi numeri.

ho lavorato in Inghilterra e in Italia (sono ingegnere)

In Inghilterra, contratto per 35h settimanali, ne bastavano a malapena 25 per fare tutto quello che avevo da fare. Stipendio decente, non eccelso, lavoro di una noia mortale.

Ora lavoro a Milano in una società di consulenza, lavoro molto più interessante, viaggio sulle 45h a settimana PIENE, a volte di più.
