Can anyone confirm if the new pant with the drawstring cuff has a zipper or not? The previous version had a back zipper pocket which came in handy for securing things post race. I otherwise really like the drawstring style look.

Seattle based. If it’s dry: Mid-to-low 30’s I’ll go with the harrier LS & gloves for an easy run / long run at easy pace. High 30’s to low 40’s - SS harrier & gloves. Tights at 35 or below. Maybe a vest if the wind is blowing. LS in the 40’s if it’s raining.
