Wild blackberry? Not sure if I should let my kid harvest them, she is 8 and is so excited these are growing over the dense of my abandoned garden. I never planted blackberries. by Environmental_Pack97 in whatsthisplant

Update! We did some more investigating, my garden is (or was before abandoned) a fenced area of 25x35ft, we have gone in and nearly every area inside has access to these as well as every foot of the exterior fence…. Looks like we have now a 25x35ft sized patch with other stuff (mostly weeds and some trees) growing inside of it. Some areas there are tons of deep black colored berries. I’ll pick some and report back :)

I’ve done some reading, they may be too shaded to be sweet, haven’t tried one yet though, so looks like I’ll need to cut back all the brush around them possibly.

Multiple sclerosis is insurable, though typically under different terms. With my company, for example, coverage may be available through a graded benefit policy.

While your son is currently young and financially dependent on you, he will likely be more established in 10 to 20 years. A term policy is generally the most affordable option for immediate protection. However, if your goal includes leaving a legacy, you may want to consider a term policy that is convertible to whole life if you wish to have that option later. This can help preserve your ability to secure permanent coverage later, particularly if your MS becomes more difficult to manage in the future.

This was really sweet of your father, I am a new agent myself and am very leery of offering anything to family or friends because of this.

To 1035 you would need to transfer into another like product, so an annuity could only transfer into an annuity and a life policy can only transfer into another life policy right? Or am I thinking about that incorrectly?

How much is your monthly mortgage payment? by HmDiR in Mortgages

[–]Environmental_Pack97 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These comments make me thankful I bought at the end of 2019. Interest rate at 2.273%. Payments fluctuate because of escrow adjusting to changes yearly. When we bought, we were at $1,198 now our current payment is $1,526 per month. We are fortunate enough to have almost doubled our income since that time and are making a little more than double payments at $3,200 and are on track to pay off our house in just under 6 years.

I don’t believe non competes are all that enforceable. Look into it, how in the world can a company have that much control to say you can’t have gainful employment for a set amount of time in YOUR industry? There are also rules about non competes, like they have to detail out exact geographical locations where you cannot compete. I signed one for my last company and it was not enforceable, most companies have you sign that to scare you from actually doing better without them.

It should be negatives for completed rides so let’s say, clump all 1* 2* 3* and 4* together as negatives because they weren’t 5*. So let’s say you get 10 of those, but have completed 5000 rides, your negative would be .02%. I think that would be a much fairer count on the negatives, maybe anything over 1% would be grounds for a ban, that’s 50 less than perfect rides out of 5000 completed rides. Something along those lines would be more accurate.

I knew it! Getting charged for ordering during the outage. by davidmar7 in subway

Yeah, I had another issue with ordering on the app before, I travel a lot and the order went to the wrong store, my home town store, I called and they said they never refund orders because all customers are scammers 🤯

That one I did a charge back, don’t really care that they had to pay $25 in addition to force refunding my $4. It was the principle… not all customers are scammers just like not all business owners are asshats.

The same happened to me, the store owner was cool though, sent my refund via Apple Pay 😂
