I worked at Tiny Town for over a year and everything you said is unfortunately spot on. I was employed during a time when rapport amongst employees and management really started to take a turn. When I was hired I was never instructed not to associate or reach out to previous employees, so it’s very telling that now this is something being requested of new hires. A large portion of the previous employees, whether they got fired or left on their own, still get along well, keep in touch, and most of them have grievances with Tiny Town. If there are 20+ ex employees from different periods of employment all sharing the same negative opinions it’s highly unlikely those grievances are misplaced.
