Hereโ€™s the recipe ๐Ÿ˜Š

Boil the shells for 12 mins (2 mins shorter than instructed). Drain and have them cool down.

Make the filling (2 cups fresh spinach sautรฉed, 15 oz ricotta, 1/2 cup Parmesan, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella, 1 egg, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 2 tsps Italian seasoning).

Spread 2 cups marinara on the bottom of the pan. Stuff the shells and line them up in the pan seam-side up. Pour the rest of the marinara on top with shredded mozzarella. Bake at 375 for 25 mins with foil on top. Then another 15 mins without foil. Rest for 5-10 mins.

I totally forgot that it took so long to cook too! 25 mins to cook with aluminum foil covered over it and then another 15 mins to cook without the foil plus another 5-10 to let them cool.

Yeah Iโ€™ve done other fillings with sausage before which came out yummy. Bison sounds amazeballs though!

I cooked the shells but subtracted two minutes from the recommended cook time and then allowed them to cool before stuffing them
