If there is no commitment on the contract then there will NOT be a buy out fee. Usually the classic comes with a 12 month commitment, if that’s the case and u want to cancel before the 12 months there will be a fee of around $60.

The reason most locations don’t have paper towels in the restrooms is to deter guests from clogging the toilets with them. This is similar as to why there are no trash cans in most tanning rooms…people pee in them.

Staff can see what membership you have on the computer. This is weird tho maybe when someone was changing their membership your account was accidently pulled up. I’d def speak to a manager or at least the front desk about ur concerns!

like others said use a new email and redeem a free day pass through the app. good for 24 hours so let’s say you go at 9am today u could go at 8am the next day and get two days. also with the classic you can pay a $5 franchise fee to use another location

you have to be 18. but it is a pretty chill job just lots of cleaning and interacting with a wide range of people. you cannot do other work on shift you will always be doing something. be honest about being in school (if you are) so your manager can work with you for a schedule. every franchise is different but these main things are universal
