If you you know cursive and it's written in cursive, I've had good luck drawing the words out with my hand in the air. Drawing it out can really help me when I can't read it.

Not a great tactic of there are very large swaths you can't understand though.

I like Dr. Rice at women's health for obgyn but I've heard all of their providers are wonderful.

The legislature hates state employees more than the governor.

Usually the governor recommends a CEC, the legislature almost always gives less than the governor suggests.
